Dr. Michael P. Lange, founder of Lange Eye Care and Associates and The Lange Eye Institute and one of his Associates, Dr. Nathan Schramm passed boards achieving them both the designation of Certified Nutrition Specialist, (C.N.S.), from the American College of Nutrition.

This makes Dr. Lange and Dr. Schramm two of four in their field to become certified nutritional specialists.
Dr. Lange states ” this brings more credibility to what we have been offering our patients for many years in nutritional eye care and preventative medicine”. We are involved in many nutritional studies that are bringing nutritional science into eyecare.
Dr. Lange is also Chairman of the Board of Fortifeye Vitamins where he uses his knowledge in nutrition to develop science based nutraceuticles for the eyecare industry.
Dr. Lange hosts a talk show on nutrition and eye care called “ask the doctor”, on eight different radio stations from Key West almost to New Orleans since 1993 and travels almost many months out of the year promoting science based nutrition to eyecare providers from all over the world.
